• $400-430k base + collections model with tiers (starts at 2.5x)
• Increase in salary year 2
• Year 3 and beyond 45%

The Opportunity Join a thriving, physician-owned dermatology practice with 17 years of established presence in beautiful Delray Beach, Florida. We operate a full-service, state-of-the-art facility complete with MOHs, general & surgical dermatology, cosmetics, and select plastics.

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced dermatologist preferred; will consider top-program graduates with strong surgical skills
• Flexible scheduling (4-day week ideal, but open)
• Medical & surgical focus; cosmetics optional
• 30-35 patients/day with 2 dedicated MAs
