Eager to learn, adapt quickly to new technologies, and take ownership of documentation quality. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive consensus across stakeholders. Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Experience with process-mapping tools ( Miro). Good understanding of dental health insurance .
