Who We Want Design and deliver scalable, high-quality analytics and reporting solutions that support enterprise decision-making. Partner closely with data architecture, data engineering, product, and design stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, governed, and performant analytics assets. Own analytics work end-to-end while balancing innovation, usability, and long-term scalability within a regulated business environment. What To Expect
Enterprise Analytics Development: Design, build, and maintain enterprise analytics solutions in collaboration with data architecture, data engineering, and product partners. Deliver production-ready dashboards that meet enterprise standards for quality, performance, and security. Data Modeling & Architecture Alignment: Partner with data architecture to ensure analytics are built on well-modeled, governed, and scalable data structures. Apply strong data modeling principles, including fact and dimension modeling, grain definition, conformed dimensions, and performance optimization. Power BI Platform Ownership: Develop and optimize Power BI solutions using semantic models, DAX, refresh strategies, security models, and deployment patterns. Tune performance and ensure analytics assets are reliable, scalable, and maintainable. End-to-End Analytics Ownership: Own analytics initiatives from ambiguous requirements through delivery, iteration, and ongoing support. Navigate evolving needs while maintaining clear accountability for outcomes. User Experience & Design Focus: Apply a strong user-centered mindset to ensure dashboards are intuitive, performant, and decision-oriented. Balance functional requirements with thoughtful design and usability. Data Quality & Governance: Ensure analytics assets meet enterprise standards for documentation, governance, and security. Partner with upstream teams to identify, resolve, and prevent data quality issues. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Balance innovation, including AI-assisted analytics capabilities, with pragmatic architectural decisions that support long-term scalability and reliability. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives. What You Need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related field required. One year of relevant experience may be substituted for required education. Minimum of three years of experience developing enterprise analytics or business intelligence solutions required. Advanced experience developing enterprise dashboards using Power BI or a comparable BI platform required. Strong SQL skills and demonstrated fluency in data modeling and data warehousing concepts required. Hands-on experience with Power BI semantic models, DAX, and performance tuning required. Demonstrated experience working with production-grade data pipelines and governed datasets required. Solid understanding of enterprise data architecture patterns and the software development lifecycle required. Experience designing analytics in regulated or complex business environments preferred. Exposure to enterprise BI governance practices, including multi-environment deployments, version control, and release management preferred. Foundational awareness of AI-enabled analytics and interest in applying these capabilities thoughtfully and responsibly preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical partners required. Comfort operating autonomously, navigating ambiguity, and owning outcomes required. Experience with Salesforce or another enterprise-level CRM preferred. Experience with the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem beyond Power BI preferred. Must reside within a three hour commute from Omaha. The total rewards expected for this role include:
Starting annual base salary between $85,000 – 105,000.
