Brief Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator to join our Haematology and Oncology clinical development group. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the Oncology clinical Research and Development (R&D) group, contributing to the success of our clinical development team. In this role the Senior Coordinator will establish skills and capabilities in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Essential Functions

  • Support Oncology clinical development Leadership Team Members:
    • Manage complex calendars, prioritize high-impact meetings, including cross-functional meetings
    • Manage expenses, travel arrangements, minute taking, and action follow-up.
    • Planning for major oncology congresses
    •   HCP Coordination for Ad-Boards, Steering Committees 
    • Ad Board Coordination / Support in collaboration with HCP Engagement CoE Analyst
  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Provide logistical support for Virtual Therapy Area Meetings.
    • Organize on-site Oncology Clinical Development meeting.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Update distribution lists and organization charts monthly and as needed.
    • Process contracts and Purchase Orders in Coupa.
    • Handle HCP/Research engagements contracts.
    • Provide ad hoc operational support for various projects.
  • Logistical Support:
    • Assist with HCP activities led by the clinical development team such as Advisory Board Support and Steering Committees
  • Data Management:
    • Support the team with data entry and collation into the designated budget tracking tool for the department.
  • Training and Compliance:
    • Monitor and track team members training and quality assignments and metrics.
    • Provide onboarding support for new hires.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience supporting leaders and teams in R&D preferred.
    • Previous experience in contract management, including processing of Confidential Disclosure Agreements.
  • Professionalism:
    • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and collaboration.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in using software tools like Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet
    • Financial platforms experience preferred
  • Communication:
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong leadership, team-building, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to execute tasks effectively.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $65,600.00 - $98,400.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
