position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing: Provide
daily production support , incident resolution, and end-user support Participate in
on-call rotation
and perform off-hours implementations as needed Administer and manage
on-premise vendor applications
(InfoLease and Rapport) Perform application upgrades, patching, configuration, and technical integration tasks Manage
Linux and Windows servers , including patching and infrastructure oversight Create and manage data extracts and downstream feeds Develop and maintain solutions using
SQL, PowerShell, and Linux shell scripting Support and manage
Snowflake
and SQL-based data processes Own and execute the
full SDLC process , including documentation, testing coordination, and deployment Manage and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
using GitLab, Artifactory, and Ansible Conduct and support code reviews, smoke testing, certification testing, and deployment activities Collaborate within a 2-week Agile sprint cycle using Jira and Confluence Maintain detailed and thorough technical documentation Support
Active Directory
(AD), group policies, and user provisioning/access management Partner with Business Analysts and business stakeholders through functional testing and production handoff Support infrastructure and platform initiatives, including potential cloud migration efforts What You'll Need to Have:
3-5 years of experience as a Technical Engineer, Technical Administrator, or Integration Engineer. Experience managing enterprise vendor applications (InfoLease and Rapport preferred but not required). Strong experience with: SQL and Snowflake for creating and managing data extracts. Shell scripting (Linux) and PowerShell (Windows). Linux and Windows server administration. Active Directory, group policies, and user provisioning access. CICD tooling including GitLab, Artifactory, and Ansible. Agile methodologies (Jira and Confluence preferred). Proven ability to manage patching schedules, infrastructure upgrades, and application lifecycle documentation. Experience supporting production systems and end users in a fast-paced environment. Ability to support off-hour implementations, daily production support, and on-call rotation. Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
Pay Range:
$45-$60+/hr
