Your Role and Responsibilities In this dynamic role, you will facilitate engaging experiences for our clients, optimizing their transformation journeys. You will assist in defining requirements and making critical technical decisions that significantly impact business outcomes while collaborating with diverse teams to maximize our hybrid cloud and AI solutions. Your main responsibilities will include: Cloud Expertise:
Cultivate and implement advanced hybrid cloud skills, including AI, analytics, DevOps, and security, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of your clients' businesses.
Value Communication:
Convey the unique value propositions of IBM's technology from both technical and commercial perspectives.
Technical Leadership:
Lead client sessions utilizing a diverse range of public and hybrid cloud technologies, including Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Solution Support:
Be a hands-on builder during client engagements, steering architectural decisions that align with platform best practices.
Transition to Deployment:
Work closely with deployment teams to ensure a seamless transition for the production deployment of platform assets.

A drive to meet sales targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

This position is based in one of the following IBM offices: Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Raleigh, NC; San Francisco, CA; or Washington, DC. Be prepared for travel up to 50% annually. Please note, IBM will not provide visa sponsorship for this role. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Ideal candidates will have a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical degree/experience. Programming:
Familiarity with at least one cloud-native programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Ansible).
Tech Savvy:
Awareness of current cloud technologies and industry trends related to business challenges.
Team Player:
Excellent collaboration skills and adaptability in communication styles.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and persuade.
Additionally, you should be a self-starter, enthusiastic about working directly with clients, and capable of leading projects independently. Highly Desirable Experience deploying solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CNCF, AWS, Azure).
