• Market Competitive Base Compensation starting at $220,000, with additional production/quality compensation available to attain from the start of employment

• We offer a flexible 36-hour workweek in the office, including at least 1 evening. Outpatient offices are located in Morris (across from the main hospital campus), Marseilles , and Channahon , which offer ancillary, primary, specialty care, and advanced Cardio and Imaging services. Also, at multi-specialty sites in Ottawa and Diamond-Coal City .

As well as an experienced Practice Manager and excellent clinical and non-clinical support staff!
• Enjoy 1:6 Call at one hospital with a call stipend of $650 per day. Approximately 15% of practice will be inpatient. Level II Perinatal Center Family Birthing Suite Unit includes a dedicated OR, 8 LDRP rooms, and 4 NST/Triage rooms. Average of 50 deliveries per month between OB/GYNs; about 600 births per year, with a large number of high-risk pregnancies. Pediatricians are required to respond within 30 minutes.
• We have a tertiary affiliation with Loyola University Medical Center for mothers and babies who require an even higher level of care, as we are a Level II Perinatal Care Provider with strong referral relationships with MFM at Loyola.
