About the Role

Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you monitor the pool and flumes, all while engaging with guests and delivering top-notch customer service.

In this role, you’ll not only keep our guests safe but also promote and run exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories. If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need through the NPLQ course to kickstart your lifeguarding career.

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. Here’s what you’ll need:

• Strong swimming skills and a sharp eye for detail to monitor the pool effectively, especially during busy times.
• A lifeguard qualification is a plus, but we’re more than happy to support you in obtaining your NPLQ with us.
• A collaborative spirit to work alongside a fantastic team, with the ability to supervise independently when needed.
• Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential, as our business operates 7 days a week and you’ll play a crucial role in our team.
