Join Our Team as a Level 3 Practitioner!

Hours: 40 hours per week (4.5 days)

Salary: £13.01 per hour

Are you ready to make a difference? At Rushden Day Nursery, our parents rave about our amazing staff who go above and beyond for their children. Now, we’re looking for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our dedicated team!

As a key member of our nursery, you’ll be part of a nurturing environment that caters to children aged 0-5 years, along with an out-of-school club for kids up to 12 years. Depending on your strengths, you’ll either work with our youngest learners (0-3 years) or support our preschool and out-of-school club (3-12 years). Your Role: Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate experiences and environments for children.
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the nursery.
  • Support the smooth operation of the nursery, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, staff, and families.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships, reporting any concerns to management.
  • Implement a strong key person approach to foster secure attachments with children.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on priorities and policies.
What We’re Looking For: Requirements
  • Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
  • Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Desirable: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years
  • Desirable: Knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements
