About the Role

Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your keen attention to detail will be crucial as you monitor the pool and flumes, all while engaging with guests and delivering top-notch customer service.

In this role, you’ll not only keep our guests safe but also promote and run exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories for everyone. If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need by enrolling you in the NPLQ course.

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. As a Lifeguard, you should be a strong swimmer with a sharp eye for detail, especially during busy times at the pool.

If you have prior lifeguard experience, we’d love to hear from you! But if you’re new to the field, we’re more than happy to support you in obtaining your NPLQ certification.

You’ll be part of a fantastic team, but there will be moments when you’ll supervise areas independently. Our business operates seven days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential as you play a vital role in our team.
