Join Our Team as a Nursery Room Leader!
Salary: £31,500 Per Annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, all year round, Monday to Friday.

We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our dedicated team. As a Room Leader, you will:
- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
- Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional needs.
- Assist staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and children's learning journals.
- Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility within the team.
- Implement an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments for children.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children and staff.
- Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.

What You Need:- Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification – Essential.
- Over 1 year of experience in Early Years – Essential.
- Over 6 months of experience in a senior position – Desirable.
- Knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating – Desirable.
- Understanding of the statutory framework for the EYFS – Essential.
- Fluency in written and spoken English – Essential.
