*Zack Group *is currently seeking Occupational Therapists for positions in Grants Pass, Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess a current state or equivalent compact license. Must have an active License in hand and have at least 1 year experience as a occupational therapist.
*Requirements *
* Current Resume
* Active License as a OT
* Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications for OT
* 2 current leadership references
* Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
