Fairview is looking for a dedicated *RN Supervisor* to lead and support our nursing team. In this role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants and team nurses in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure the highest quality of resident care at all times.

*Qualifications*
* Valid RN License
* Proven experience in nurse management and supervising staff
* Experience in senior care settings, including long-term care and short term rehabilitation
* Knowledge of physiology and critical care practices
* Excellent team management and communication skills
