Join a team of IT professionals and play a key role in designing, building, and supporting a modern DevOps ecosystem that enables high-velocity software delivery across the enterprise. This role will focus on owning and scaling a portfolio of DevOps tools and automation solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency across the SDLC.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (e.g., AWS DevOps, Bitbucket Cloud, Jenkins, Git, ArgoCD, Artifactory, Containers). Manage and extend infrastructure automation platforms using IaC tools such as Terraform, OpenTofu Support a portfolio of DevOps applications (e.g., code repositories, artifact repositories, observability tools, secret management systems, container platforms). Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of DevOps and container platforms through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and lifecycle management (upgrades, patching, plugin management). Partner with engineering teams to on-board new applications and enhance existing ones. Design automated cloud infrastructure on AWS following best practices for security, compliance, and cost optimization. Implement and maintain container solutions using Kubernetes, EKS, or Docker. Build automated deployment workflows for microservices and optimize performance of CI/CD systems and DevOps tools. Implement observability practices (logging, monitoring, alerting) using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch Troubleshoot complex build, deployment, container runtime, and cloud infrastructure issues; perform root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements. What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform operations, or related roles supporting production environments. Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash) with the ability to build and maintain reliable operational tooling. Expertise with:
Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi/Crossplane) Kubernetes & container orchestration Git-based version control systems CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex build, deployment, and infrastructure issues. Experience working in agile development environments. 2+ years of experience is required to be considered for an Associate-level position.

The expected salary range for a Senior DevOps Engineer is $134,000 - $170,000. We will also consider an Associate or Engineer. The pay range for the Associate DevOps Engineer or DevOps Engineer is $107,000 - $145,000 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental and vision), flexible spending and health savings accounts, a 401(k) plan with generous employer contributions and a student debt benefit, life and AD&D insurance, disability insurance, critical illness and hospital indemnity benefits, paid time off, paid leave, a wellness program, an employee assistance program and other great company perks.

This is a U.S. based role. If the successful candidate resides outside of the U.S., relocation will be required.
