Community Connections Inc. is seeking a
Data and Systems Administrator
to join our team. In this role, you will support agency programs and operations by managing data systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support, training, and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
You will be responsible for extracting and analyzing key program and business metrics, supporting data collection processes, and preparing meaningful reports and recommendations for leadership.
What You'll Do as a Data and Systems Administrator: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and CCI policies. Use technology to create and maintain accurate records, collect and analyze data, and support data systems (e.g., business systems, data management tools, mobile devices, Chromebooks, and laptops). Maintain, develop, and improve data collection processes, databases, systems, and reporting tools using best practices. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and CCI policies. Train staff and managers on data collection and reporting tools, including Excel, Electronic Case Records, and related systems. Troubleshoot technical and data-related issues (including UKG), submit and track support tickets, and provide follow-up communication and training. Lead or support project management efforts related to system upgrades and process improvements. Analyze data to identify trends and prepare reports and recommendations for executives and managers. What You'll Need as a Data and Systems Administrator: Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree. At least one year of experience in the human services field, preferably working with the IDD population. Experience in data management, analysis, and/or reporting with demonstrated systems analysis skills. Valid driver's license, and satisfactory driving record Acceptable criminal background check require Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
