- The Project Coordinator Market Expansion is responsible for coordinating and supporting multiple projects related to the successful opening of new and existing business operations in new countries. The role requires close collaboration with various internal departments and cross-functional teams to ensure that workflows, processes, and guidelines are clearly defined, understood, and consistently followed.
- In addition, the Project Coordinator will develop strong expertise in the company s sales system and support its correct setup, usage, and adoption during new market openings. The role may require occasional international travel to support country launches, on-site coordination, and training of local teams
- Collaborate closely with various internal departments to ensure workflows, processes, and guidelines are clearly communicated
- Support the development, documentation, and updating of guidelines and process steps required for successful market entry and business launch
- Assist in aligning stakeholders on timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables across projects
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in existing workflows and support the department in optimizing processes
- Track project progress, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring transparency and timely follow-up
- Prepare project reports for internal stakeholders
- Support change management initiatives and process improvements
- Serve as the main contact and support in communication with internal stakeholders, coordinating the information flow between the IHQ and global offices.
- Become an expert in PM International sales operation program system its applications and project management software
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is considered an advantage
- First experience in coordination or in operations support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills English, knowledge of German will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with project management software is considered an advantage
- Strong aptitude for quickly learning and mastering new software, experience in Asana and Jira is considered and advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to change

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
