Internal Medicine Physician

Location: Reading, Pennsylvania
Schedule: Full-Time Outpatient Monday Friday

A well-established outpatient primary care practice in Reading, PA is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join a team-based, value-focused care environment serving adults and seniors.

This opportunity is ideal for physicians who want time with patients, continuity of care, and a predictable outpatient schedule , while practicing within a supportive, well-resourced clinical model.

• Outpatient primary care only

• Monday Friday schedule

• No hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities

• Focus on adult and geriatric patients

• Team-based care with strong clinical and administrative support

• Emphasis on quality, outcomes, and preventive care

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and senior patients

• Manage chronic conditions and preventive health services

• Build long-term patient relationships

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

• Practice within established clinical guidelines and quality measures

• Participate in population health initiatives

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Eligible for or active Pennsylvania medical license

• Comfortable caring for older adults with multiple chronic conditions

• Interest in preventive and value-based care
