Practice Setting:

• Join a team of 2 full-time APPs with no administrative duties
• Modern office with 9 exam rooms, procedure room, and an in-house lab
• Strong, tenured team with great work-life balance

Schedule:

• 4 days - off by noon on Fridays
  • No call, nights, or weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual base salary for the first year, with potential to earn up to $320,000
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• 4 weeks PTO, 6 holidays, and comprehensive malpractice coverage with tail insurance
• 401(k) with a 3% match and $10,000 relocation assistance
• Benefit from loan repayment of $25,000 per year for up to 10 years
