What is the ratio of own cases to CRNA supervision? Mix daily

EMR: Epic

MD:CRNA Ratio? 1:3/4

Breakdown of case mix? Ortho/ urology/ eyes/ endo

Patient demographic: Adults/ peds: dental eyes only

Facility will reimburse for the following costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car

Procedures Required:

• Spinal Anesthesia
• Epidural Anesthesia
• Regional Anesthesia
