ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time Locum Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care for a minimum 12-month commitment . The role involves managing an established patient panel with a focus on chronic disease management in an outpatient multispecialty clinic. This position requires onsite work Monday Thursday with no call responsibilities.

• Start Date: ASAP

• Commitment: Full-time, 12 months (required)

• Schedule: Monday Thursday

• Shift Times: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM

• Call: None

• Patients per Day:

• Provide full-scope primary care/family medicine for adult patients (18+); pediatrics optional.

• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and other long-term health needs.

• Oversee an established patient panel and deliver comprehensive outpatient care within a multispecialty clinic.

• Utilize Cerner CareB EMR .

• Work with support from Medical Assistants.

• Participate in required orientation (paid after 8 hours).
  

• Timeframe: days

• Requirements: DEA with Schedule II; no credentialing with other facilities; position is not temporary coverage for billing enrollment.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active California Medical License Required

• ACLS/BLS and DEA with Schedule II Required

• Full-time availability and ability to commit to one full year Required

• Must be available at time of name clear

• Strong experience in adult primary care and chronic disease management
