Froedtert ThedaCare , a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician for our Appleton, WI location. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a supportive, team-oriented environment where you'll have the flexibility and resources to provide exceptional care while building lasting patient relationships. In this role, you'll have the backing of a respected health system, and the collaboration of collegial Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians. We're committed to giving you the tools, staff, and support you need to focus on what you do best - caring for patients. Practice Highlights :
  • Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
    • 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
  • Join an established team of 4 physicians and 4 APCs
  • Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
  • Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools
Clinic Hours : M-F 7:30a-5:00p and S 8:00a-4:00p (only working Saturday when on call) Call Rotation : 1:8, ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screen all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.   • Income Details:
    • Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
    • Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
  • Sign-on bonus offered to support a smooth transition into practice

  • $4,500 annual CME allowance
  • Malpractice coverage with tail insurance and access to the WI Patient Compensation Fund
