Become a member of our specialized inventory management team! Solve problems and play an essential role in the smooth running of the store. Your autonomy and skills will enable you to acheive your objectives ans be successful with us!

Your role:
  • Generate and analyze various reports such as sales margin analysis, purchase order activity, and point-of-sale error logs.
  • Enter and adjust store usage inventory, cycle count batches, and other inventory-related data.
  • Collect, obtain approvals for, enter, and file forms.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of received inventory and administrative documents that must be completed.
  • Perform supplier return tasks and communicate with suppliers when necessary.
  • Analyze merchandise counts according to the established schedule, identify possible sources of inventory loss, and implement the necessary corrective actions.
  • Follow up on orders directly with suppliers, ensuring that all commercial terms listed on the purchase order are respected.
  • Evaluate supplier performance regarding service and delivery timelines for stores; inform the relevant stakeholders when intervention is required.
  • Participate in any other related tasks that ensure the proper functioning of the department.
What we're looking for:
  • Ability to maintain data integrity
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and support other team members
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Previous experience in retail, warehouse receiving, and logistics is an asset
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in operations or supply management
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of databases
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Good judgment and strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and changing environment
