Baird’s Auto & Tire is seeking a seasoned Automotive Technician with 5+ years of experience to join one of Normal’s most respected and long-established auto care facilitiy.

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform quality repairs efficiently and correctly
Pride in your work and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
What You’ll Be Doing:
Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles
Performing mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs
Working alongside a team of top-level technicians
Maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity
