What's the Job?
Partner directly with IoT Networking and Engineering teams to define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for network health, private network performance, and vehicle connectivity quality.
Develop, implement, and manage scalable ETL pipelines for high-volume, real-time data ingestion, transformation, and modeling from various sources such as telematics control units, carrier logs, and provisioning systems.
Create and maintain visualizations and dashboards using tools like Databricks or Looker to monitor network availability, latency, throughput, and cost analysis.
Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses to troubleshoot network anomalies, diagnose connectivity issues, and investigate data irregularities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, schemas, and metrics to promote data literacy across the organization.
What's Needed?
Background or industry experience in Computer Science, Applied Math, Engineering, or Statistics with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker.
High proficiency in SQL and dbt for data modeling and transformation.
Experience building dimensional models for analytics solutions.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and deliver impactful data solutions.
