Our client, a leading organization in the financial technology sector, is seeking a IT Project Manager (Cybersecurity) to join their team. As a IT Project Manager (Cybersecurity), you will be part of the Cybersecurity department supporting various security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Lead and manage cybersecurity project initiatives to ensure the protection of organizational technology assets. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget. Monitor project performance, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively. Communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders at all levels. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of project management experience within a global enterprise environment. Certification such as PMP or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Power BI or Azure DevOps for reporting and dashboards. Experience managing cybersecurity, application development, or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of SDLC, project lifecycle, and stakeholder management. What's in it for me?
