Job Title : IT Project Manager
Location:
Redwood City, CA 94063 - Hybrid Role - 2 Day onsite
Duration:
12 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance)
Pay Rate:
($60-$62) hourly
Responsibilities: Manage multiple large, complex IT projects end-to-end using established project management best practices Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and delivery Balance stakeholder expectations with project scope, timeline, and budget realities Ensure high-quality outcomes, timely delivery, and continuous process improvement The role is approximately
80% project leadership and 20% technical contribution Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8-10 years
of experience managing large, complex IT projects Strong experience in project planning, execution, tracking, and budgeting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to lead teams, manage risk, and influence stakeholders Preferred Skills & Experience:
PMP certification is a plus. Experience with
Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid
methodologies Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management tools Experience managing SaaS, vendor implementations, infrastructure, and application upgrades Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow PPM, Zoom, and Slack Experience with enterprise systems (PeopleSoft, HCM) is a plus Understanding of system integrations, web application architecture, data integration, and QA/testing practices.
