Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician just outside of Florence, SC to join team that has been providing care for over 40 years, and serving as a medical home a place where people can experience healing, caring relationships regardless of their personal circumstance. We are part of their community, and we deliver a comprehensive set of services that meet the whole need from pediatrics to pharmacy to community outreach all under one roof. ~Location is home to 15 providers who offer world-class family medicine, behavioral health, pediatric and chiropractic services. ~ 1 Infectious Disease Physician, 7 NPs, and several Licensed Behavioral Health Counselors. ~ Pharmacy on-site ~ Honored with several awards and recognitions for our service to the community.
