We are hiring a Warehouse Worker in Nashville, Tennessee to support our growing logistics operations. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse tasks, contributing to the efficient flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and dispatching products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to operational procedures. This position requires physical dexterity, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. You will work collaboratively with a team to meet daily targets and contribute to the overall efficiency of our warehouse. A strong understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the proper use of PPE is essential. We value reliability and a proactive approach to tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Sort and place inventory in designated storage areas.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment as trained and authorized.
- Perform tasks involving significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Understanding of Safety procedures and protocols.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive bending and Lifting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with basic logistics operations is a plus.
