Job Summary:
Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support the day-to-day operations of our busy distribution center. This role is fundamental to our logistics chain, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately from receipt to shipment. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. A strong commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be trained on all relevant procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a physically demanding role that requires consistent Lifting and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
