Seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk for our state-of-the-art distribution center in San Jose, California. This role is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring that all incoming goods are accurately received, inspected, and processed into our inventory system. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for verifying deliveries, documenting discrepancies, and preparing received goods for storage or distribution. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments from various carriers.
- Verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect incoming merchandise for damage or discrepancies.
- Document all receiving activities, noting any shortages or overages.
- Enter receiving data into the warehouse management system (WMS).
