Join our growing logistics network in Dallas, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to support our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and a strong dedication to safety. You will be expected to follow all operational procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE, to ensure a secure working environment. The ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting is essential. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming stock.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Prepare goods for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform Lifting and other physical tasks.
- Understanding of basic inventory management.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Familiarity with required PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
