We are hiring motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Richmond, Virginia! As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, supporting various tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and assisting with shipping and receiving. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety. You will be expected to follow all established procedures, including the correct use of PPE, to ensure a secure working environment. The ability to perform repetitive tasks, including moderate Lifting, is essential. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Restock inventory and maintain organized storage areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Wear designated PPE as required.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Familiarity with logistics operations.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
