As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics processes. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. You will be instrumental in optimizing workflow, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices in warehouse management. A strong understanding of logistics principles and a commitment to Safety are essential. We require all staff to use appropriate PPE and adhere to all Safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise and train warehouse associates, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes.
- Operate warehouse equipment and ensure its proper maintenance.
- Manage the proper use and storage of PPE.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar logistics role. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of warehouse management software. Ability to perform moderate Lifting up to 30 pounds. Commitment to upholding high Safety standards. Must be proficient in all aspects of warehouse Safety procedures and PPE. This role is critical to our logistics success and requires a high level of responsibility and initiative.
