Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse facility.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks responsibly.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
- Perform general warehouse upkeep and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety procedures and use of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
Compensation:
This Warehouse Associate position offers an hourly wage of $17.50, with opportunities for overtime and career advancement within our logistics organization.
