Responsibilities:
  • Execute cycle counting programs and physical inventory audits regularly.
  • Investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain precise inventory data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and identify potential stock-outs or overstock situations.
  • Develop and refine inventory control processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all inventory items.
  • Collaborate with operations and shipping departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Champion adherence to all safety protocols, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, accuracy, and movement for management.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar inventory management role.
  • Expertise in using WMS and other inventory-related software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with PPE requirements.
  • High school diploma required; relevant certifications or a degree are a plus.

Compensation:
