Responsibilities:
- Execute cycle counting programs and physical inventory audits regularly.
- Investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain precise inventory data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and identify potential stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Develop and refine inventory control processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all inventory items.
- Collaborate with operations and shipping departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Champion adherence to all safety protocols, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Generate reports on inventory status, accuracy, and movement for management.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar inventory management role.
- Expertise in using WMS and other inventory-related software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with PPE requirements.
- High school diploma required; relevant certifications or a degree are a plus.
Compensation:
