Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products and materials.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and stacking of goods.
- Perform inventory counts and record data accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Inspect equipment for defects and report any issues immediately.
- Assist with receiving and shipping processes as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to team goals and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through diligent checking and scanning.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
