This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking products using RF scanners, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. This fast-paced position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality. Your duties will also include receiving inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining the organization of the warehouse. Safety is our utmost priority, and all associates will receive thorough training on safety procedures and be provided with the necessary PPE. The job involves physical demands, including regular Lifting of up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods. Experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanning technology.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipment.
- Stage orders for carrier pickup.
- Receive and inspect inbound inventory shipments.
- Stock received merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Contribute to team efforts and achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehousing preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to follow safety instructions and wear PPE.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
