We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our dynamic warehouse team in Kansas City, Missouri. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, meticulously packing them for shipment, and ensuring all items are correctly labeled. Your precision and efficiency directly impact customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our logistics network. You will work with a variety of products, requiring attention to detail to ensure the right items are picked and packed. This position demands physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Adherence to all safety protocols is paramount, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. You will be involved in lifting and moving packages of varying sizes and weights, so good physical condition is essential. The ideal candidate is a team player, possesses strong organizational skills, and is committed to maintaining a high standard of work. Responsibilities include reading pick lists or using scanning devices, locating items in the warehouse, carefully packing items into appropriate containers, applying shipping labels, and staging orders for outgoing shipment. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
