We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Worker for our facility in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks related to the handling, storage, and movement of goods. You will be part of a team dedicated to maintaining a productive and safe work environment, contributing to our overall Logistics success. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to specific instructions.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist in maintaining a secure and safe working environment for all employees.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all safety rules.
- Willingness to wear required PPE , such as safety shoes and vests.
