Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in Durham, North Carolina! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment is essential. We prioritize employee safety above all else. You will receive comprehensive training on safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety vests and gloves. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve significant physical activity, including regular lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare goods for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Use and maintain required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Perform lifting and moving of products as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic logistics concepts.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
