You will be responsible for conducting counts, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing control measures. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure data integrity.
- Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and manage stock rotation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and errors.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to optimize inventory processes.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports for management review.
- Ensure proper organization and storage of inventory within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and operational protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience (2+ years) in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety regulations and best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Must be comfortable wearing required PPE.
