Join our dynamic warehouse team in Dallas, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our daily logistics operations. In this versatile role, you will engage in a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from shelves, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock. Your contribution is essential to the smooth functioning of our distribution center and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers. Safety is a core value; you will be expected to adhere strictly to all safety protocols, maintain a clean and orderly work environment, and utilize all required personal protective equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical exertion, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, stooping, and frequent lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus, but we are open to training motivated candidates. You should possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and use appropriate PPE.
- Support overall warehouse operations as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
