Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Verify product counts and check for damages before packing.
- Prepare shipments by labeling boxes and ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Operate various warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse culture.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety, including proper Lifting techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
