Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision, ensuring order accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and orders.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety and security.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards in all aspects of the job.
