We are looking for energetic Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art facility in Orlando, Florida. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations and a key part of our logistics strategy. Your duties will include accurately picking items using RF scanners, verifying order details, carefully packing products for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. A commitment to accuracy, speed, and quality is essential. Our top priority is the well-being of our employees, so adherence to strict Safety protocols and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ) are mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, and the ability to perform Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training will be provided on all aspects of the job, including equipment operation and warehouse procedures. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders from designated warehouse locations using RF scanners.
- Verify items and quantities against customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear all required PPE .
- Contribute to the overall success of the warehouse logistics team.
- Assist with inventory checks and other warehouse duties as needed.
