We have immediate openings for enthusiastic Picker/Packers in our bustling Houston, Texas warehouse! As a Picker/Packer, you will be at the forefront of our order fulfillment process, responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment to our valued customers. This role is a critical link in our supply chain and logistics network. Your daily tasks will involve using scanners to locate and pick products, verifying quantities and item details, and then carefully packing orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. A strong focus on accuracy and efficiency is key. We are deeply committed to maintaining a secure and healthy workplace, which includes rigorous adherence to Safety standards and the mandatory use of PPE . This position requires physical stamina, including prolonged standing, walking, and the ability to handle Lifting of items up to 40 pounds regularly. Responsibilities:
- Retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on electronic or paper pick lists.
- Verify product information, including SKU and quantity, for accuracy.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality goals.
- Follow all Safety protocols and wear the designated PPE at all times.
- Report any stock discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse logistics .
