Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and scanners, safely.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock counts.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and company procedures diligently.
- Wear and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues.
- Perform duties requiring lifting and moving of items, using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, with an emphasis on safe lifting practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
