Join our dedicated team in San Diego, California, as a Picker/Packer. In this essential role, you will be at the heart of our fulfillment process, accurately selecting items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and attention to detail are critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our logistics network. You will be responsible for reading order pick lists, locating products within the warehouse, and packing them securely for transit. A strong emphasis on Safety and accuracy will guide your daily tasks. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or RF scanner.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely using appropriate materials to ensure product protection.
- Label packages for shipment accurately.
- Conduct quality checks on packed orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Mandatory use of appropriate PPE at all times.
- Must be capable of Lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Support the overall Logistics and shipping operations by meeting productivity targets.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
