We are seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse as Fulfillment Associates in Baltimore, Maryland. In this multifaceted role, you will be involved in various aspects of order processing, from picking and packing to receiving and stocking. You'll play a critical part in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center, directly impacting our supply chain and customer delivery promises. This position demands a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace Safety. You will work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock merchandise.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counting.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including strict Safety guidelines.
- Wear and maintain appropriate PPE throughout your shift.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for speed and accuracy.
- Perform tasks involving significant Lifting of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards.
