We are seeking an energetic and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Follow proper lifting guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
- Willingness to undergo training on equipment and safety protocols.
- Must be comfortable wearing necessary PPE.
